Weekly therapy is ideal for successful outcomes. Research shows that meeting less than weekly is less effective & is ultimately more costly in terms of money, time and energy spent overall. I have seen this to be true in my experience as well. Is this something you can commit to? *

My fee is $250 per 50-minute session and I am Out-of-Network (aka I do not take insurance). If you have a PPO, I can provide a superbill so you can potentially get reimbursed for a % of the costs.
