Therapist in Walnut Creek, CA
You’re tired of being drained and overwhelmed. In the demands of our modern society, you find it hard to catch your breath and slow down. You often wonder if you’re doing enough — and that worries you.
You want to start enjoying life. You want to feel more present in your life and to live it with a sense of purpose and meaning. You want to start living life with a sense of calm. You want to feel confident in yourself and your abilities. You want to feel like you’re living your life to your fullest potential. You feel like you’re finally ready to reach out and get help.
The truth is that everyone is capable transformation.
You are capable of healing. And, even if it doesn’t feel possible right now, you’re capable of experiencing greater moments of calm, confidence and happiness.
I became a therapist because I’ve had people who have helped me manage and overcome anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, etc. when I was younger. As a therapist, I care because I know how hard it is to try to find your way in this world without the support you deserve.
I understand how hard it is to feel stuck in suffering. I know how hard it is to feel trapped. I know how hard it is to feel like you may not ever be able to find relief.
I’ve dedicated my career to helping people, just like you, learn to manage their emotions and get in touch with themselves again. To learn more about my training and background, then click here.
Besides being a therapist…
I am also a wife, a dog mom, an aunt, a writer, a nature-lover, a gardener, a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), a Type 9 on the Enneagram, an INFJ, a Capricorn (sun)/Pisces (moon)/Taurus (rising), a Projector (Have you heard of Human Design?), a beach-lover, and a Midwest to California transplant.
Life can be hard, but healing is possible and things can start getting better today.
